RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from the Vendor. Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within three (3) days from the date on which you informed the Vendor of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent indicated by the Vendor (DHL), or through another shipping agent. We also invite you to complete the Return Form in order for us to provide you with a Return Number. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.
Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
1) we invite you to correctly fill in and submit the online Return Form to the Vendor within fourteen (14) days from the date of your receipt thereof;
2) the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
3) the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
4) the products are returned in their original packaging;
5) the returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within three (3) days from the date on which you informed the Vendor of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor will refund the price of the returned purchased products. You will only be charged for the return shipping cost. Should you decide to use the courier indicated by the Vendor in the online Return Form, you will not have to directly take care of the return shipping costs, which are at your expense. In this case, the Vendor will pay the return shipping costs for you and will withhold a fee as payment for the return shipping. The fee will correspond to the original cost of shipping for the order. If an alternative courier is used for your return, you will have to pay for the return shipping cost upfront and at your own expense. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense by the Vendor. If you refuse the above delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
Refund Times and Procedures
After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card), the refund procedure will start within 14 days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
• purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss;
• payment by PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
You can return any item purchased on P-iFashion website in the following way:
1. Fill out the Return Form.
2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
3. Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and stick the pre-paid DHL / DPD label over the prior delivery information. Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
4. Contact DHL (www.dhl.com.pl) to arrange the pick-up of your package wherever you wish.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, P-iFashion is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service. Additionally, if you paid shipping fees for your order, we will not reimburse you.

CAN I RECEIVE MY REFUND ON A CREDIT CARD THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE I USED FOR THE ORDER?
For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
